great staff but uncomfortable night

I had a pleasant stay at the Country Inn! The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially the front desk team who quickly assisted me with my room preference. The breakfast selection was impressive, offering freshly made waffles, a variety of fruits, and well-brewed coffee, which made my mornings much more enjoyable. The overall cleanliness in my room was satisfactory, which contributed to a comfortable work environment.

Some areas of the hotel were still under renovation.

The dining area offered a nice selection of vegetarian dishes, and the breakfast staff showcased impressive efficiency while maintaining composure during a chaotic moment with young, unattended children. However, the room had serious issues, poorly maintained with a terrible smell, and noise disturbances from neighboring guests made it difficult to rest. Additionally, noticeable black mold raised concerns about cleanliness and health.

Had a great time with my friends! The hotel was close to the Mall of America, which we loved exploring. We also enjoyed time at the Como Park Zoo & Conservatory, snapping pics with all the animals. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was a nice touch.

But, the shower was not clean, and it definitely needed attention. This was a bit disappointing considering everything else was so enjoyable.

The indoor swimming pool is open until midnight, which can be a fun way to unwind after a long day. The location offers easy connectivity to nearby areas, making it convenient for travelers looking to explore.
